¶ Navigation
1. User has to login to FreshLot and proceed to main menu. On the main menu, user has to select the Shipment option to proceed with shipment functions.
2. User then can select a specific source and the system will filter all shipments for the selected source. The Shipments tab contains all of the shipments, regardless of the source.
3. Once the user selects a shipment, it will prompt 3 options: "To Pick", "To Load" and "To Send". If the option is greyed out, that means the step prior to it was not executed at least partially.
¶ General functions
4. There will be instances, where there will be a drag down option for direct transfer between different locations in the same company. This function is for internal transfers only. This function will be activated when all of the conditions will be fulfilled (to pick, to load, to send). After that, information will be transferred and will be automatically posted.
¶ To Pick
1. If user wants to proceed with Pick option, he needs to select pick option from function list.
2. After selecting the pick option, user will be redirected to a new page, that will have item information. To proceed with item picking, user has to select an item, that he wants to pick and proceed further. By clicking on the item, user will proceed to second page.
3. After selecting and proceeding with an item user will need to fill out all the required information in the brackets.
4. User has to fill out or scan from the item label, important details such as “Item No.” , “Lot No.” , “Outstanding quantity” , “UOM” , “Expiration date” will populate. Note that the "Outstanding Quantity" changes accordingly to the selected UOM (Unit of Measure).User has to use the "New Bin" button to select new bin (pallet). By using "Print" button user will be able to print out the label.
5. User can then choose to immediately Load the current Bin for shipment by using the "To Load" toggle in the top right. To Finish the process user must click "Submit" button.
6. If this specific shipment needs to go to To Quality control (in physical location, there will be a box for that) , user can click on the slide button, fill the rest of the information (other information functions will disappear), and he will need to click on submit to formally put it for quality control. Also there is a button Not found, that works in the same way. In the location there will be a designated box for the not found materials). In other words, if the quantity wont match and worked wont look for it, he will have a function to put it to not found.
¶ To Load
User has to locate the shipment and select the "To Load" button.

User has to place a checkmark on the "Bin Code" or scan any. If user wants to proceed with loading, he has to select "To Load" to complete the process. Now the items are ready to be sent. By using button "TO SEND" it will begin to load bins immediately.

¶ To Send
Once the shipment has been loaded and user is ready for it to be sent, user has to proceed to locate it and select "To Send".The procedure also works for partial shipments.

In order to send the shipment, user needs to fill out the "Vehicle registration plate" and "Driver" fields. Note that all of the fields can also be populated by scanning.

Once both fields are filled out, user has to select "To Send" and the Shipment process will now be completed.

¶ User navigation in shipment
After successful login, user will be redirected to main menu page from which he will need to click on shipment button. After proceeding further with stock counting function, user will land on a source shipment page. He can choose to proceed further with the source or he can select shipment documents. Looking at the diagram, navigation is the same but functionality will be different from one another. By selecting the company, user can select which process he wants to proceed with. Currently there are 3 different processes that user can choose from. All of these options will by clicking will open next page, that user can proceed with. Each page is unique with different functionalities. Unique functionality is a direct transfer between same company - by enabling this function, direct functionality will be enabled and process will be automated.

¶ User navigation using picking function in shipment
After proceeding with source, and selecting a company, user must select one of the 3 functions on in the selection tab. When user proceeds with the to pick function, he will have to select item, that he wants to pick. Clicking on the item will provide information, that will be mostly filled by the system, never the less, user will have to fill in some of the fields that will change information in business central. Required fields that user will have to fill are shipment quantity, to bin code field. There is also one field that can be filled and used optionally - label copies. Bin code is required to be created, user can click on button new bin and create a new one - system will generate it automatically. After successfully filling out the required fields, user needs to click on to load button and click on submit button. By doing that, user will confirm the picking. If user wants to send this shipment to quality control, he will use button functionality to record that information sending. When quality control button is selected, fields connected to bin codes will disappear. This functionality applies also to not found button.

¶ User navigation using picking function in shipment
When user proceeds with the to load function, user will be redirected to a new page. To find this function, user has to choose a company and select button to load. User can select multiple locations and bin codes, to fill his load requirements. After selection, user can choose to load or to send. If a person chooses to load, he can still send shipment later.

If user completed all of the functions above, he can select the to send function. This function will send the shipment to the designated location. and will be completed from the Business Central side. When user will click on this function, he will be redirected to a new page and will have 2 fields, that he will need to fill out. These fields are called Vehicle registration plate and Driver. If user meets all off the criteria's, he will be allowed to fill those brackets. When fields will be filled, user can proceed to click on to send button and send the shipment.
